Itchy private area: Itchiness in that area calls for evaluation for yeast infection, which gets more common as the weather gets warmer. fungal creams usually take care of it. Make sure you do not have an infection that needs antibiotics such as chlamydia or gardnerella

Exam: You may want to see your doctor and have the wetness/discharge examined to make sure it's not an infection. Often with extra wetness or discharge associated with itching it's often a yeast infection which can be attempted to be treated with over the counter remedies like Monistat but you may want to see your doctor to be sure that's what it is and have a quicker treatment like a one pill Diflucan (fluconazole)
