Not recommended: Using dextromethorphan (active ingredient in benylin) together with alcohol can increase nervous system side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. Some people may also experience impairment in thinking and judgment. You should avoid or limit the use of alcohol. Don't risk hurting yourself, or others. Good health!
