Unless morbidly : Obese - that would be a very fast rate of loss. I would encourage you to consider spreading that over a 24 week period or going for 1/2 that amount of weight loss if in 12 weeks. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio ; weight training. You can mix ; match.
