Is it okay to eat refined carbs after atkins diet?

In moderation: If you lose weight while doing carbohydrate restricting diets, then to go back to eating simple, refined carbohydrates in excessive quantities will likely result in weight gain. The bigger goal is to change your eating habits, and try to eat more nutritious foods, and simple refined carbs in moderation.
