Pressure on bladder: Why constipated? Diet? Disease? Urinary bladder is near rectum and sigmoid colon; full rectum and sigmoid can cause pressure on bladder and sense to urinate. Bearing down to increase pressure on bowel also increases pressure on the bladder, which may cause urination. Rx constipation: fiber, fluids, activity, check meds. May need additional help. C doc before laxatives regularly; get checked.
