Constipation: My first gut sense as a physician is that you must be dehydrated. Your body is trying to compensate by keeping ahold of as much fluid as possible. This can lead to constipation and dark urine. Please begin drinking fluids until your urine returns to normal. If you are not having any fevers or pain from the constipation one of the tricks is to drink three liters of fluids in one hour. It works!
