May be dyspareunia: Vaginal discomfort during sexual intercourse is called dyspareunia, and there are many possible causes. There could be dryness, that requires the use of a lubricant, like KY jelly. Or other local diseases and factors, or even pyschological reasons. Hpv can produce warts, which can cause discomfort. You should see a gynecologist for a thorough exam.
