Are you a cutter?: Although you can use a "cover up" foundation or stick on your skin - nothing will allow the areas that are scarred or lacerated to look completely normal. I would like to encourage you to seek professional mental health care. Seeing a psychologist who is trained in dialectic behavior therapy can be effective. Take care.
