I'm gonna have to go the the prostatologist and maybe have an exam and i realy don't want anything up my you know what. i'm feeling nauseous, any help?

The DRE.: Unfortunately, the digital rectal exam (dre) is an important part of the evaluation of the prostate. Though it is uncomfortable, it is quick, usually less than a minute. It is much easier for both the patient and the examiner if you can find a ways to relax. Controlling anxiety, and relaxation techniques such as listening to music and meditation can help.
