Well, I think you: Sort of already pointed out one thing to do - eat healthfully & regularly. At least three meals per day. Hydrate well with at least 64 ounces of water per day. Try to go with whole grains & cut out junk carbs. Aim for 5 servings of vegetables & 4 servings of fruit per day. Nausea usually responds very well to ginger. It can be in the form of crystallized ginger, ginger ale or ginger tea.
