I just took two aspirins for my headache but i can't sleep so when is it safe to take zzzquil or is it ok now?

Zzzquil : Helps you sleep because it contains benadryl. (diphenhydramine) Benadryl has idiosyncratic reaction in some producing tardive dyskinesia, which causes uncontrollable movement of limbs, is permanent and has no good treatment.
