How come immunity and fatigue disorders often coexist with asperger's syndrome?

One idea: Good question. "immune disorders" (hay fever, 100s of others) are common and people look for explanations. "fatigue disorder" sometimes (by no means always) occurs when a person is in a terribly frustrating life situation. Aspies are often baffled by those around them, and crave friendship yet are jerks without realizing it. The lack of anatomic pathology in aspies makes me doubt an immune cause.
