Piercings and pregna: Assuming it is small it should pose no problems. I assume that the tract is mature so that it can be removed for short periods of time without closing over. At the time of delivery you may want to remove it just to be sure. Any episiotomy would be done on the tissue between the vagina and rectum. Discuss this with your OB but early in the pregnancy there is no issue.
