Clit hood piercing: Probably best to see your doctor - they will be able to assess the situation and if necessary - numb the area up to figure out what is going on. Did the screw on portion get lost or is it still attached or unknown because its embedded?? - This is something best left to another person to be able to look and if necessary - expose the screw on portion and then remove the piercing.
