A Urine Problem....: The simple answer is that is it not likely. It is important to work up the person like anyone else. Incontinence can be a behavioral problem which can be indirectly related to high functioning autism. This requires a detailed psychosocial history. If all tests of the urine and bladder and kidneys are normal seeing a urologist for more detailed evaluation.
