Treatment: I recommend a comprehensive regimen with physical therapy, weight management, medication, psychotherapy and interventional procedures. Some of the treatments include water therapy, medications such as anti-seizures, antidepressants, topical cream, injections such as nerve block, spinal cord stimulation.
