BV: Bacterial vaginosis BV - is usually due to a change in the vaginal flora allowing bacteria to over grow. It could be due to over zealous doucheing or self medication with yeast medications or underwear that "doesn't breathe" . A recommendation would be to use a plain vinegar and water douche perhaps once a week at the most. The vagina is normally on the acid side. That should help -.
