Inflammation: If you are a healthy person and doing manual labor it is not unusual to have stiffness and soreness of the hands. If you have no stomach problems, bleeding tendency, or kidney or liver problems it is safe to take over the counter Motrin with food. Please take as recommended on the bottle or your physician. With rest and medication this should resolve in 1week. Otherwise see you primary doctor.
