Many ways: Smoking contains many cancer causing chemicals due to tobacco. It also has lots of nicotine. As a result smokers frequently develop damage to their airways(emphysema), circulation(heart attacks, stroke) and are at increased risk for several cancers like lung cancer, mouth and throat cancer. So it is one of the most dangerous health damaging habits. So you should get off of it as soon as you can!
