Many people do: After having a 'panic attack' people often are afraid of the symptoms returning, worsening, or striking out of the blue. This is part of the anxiety cycle - thoughts - feelings - sensory responses and repeat. I would recommend going to a therapist to help break this cycle and learn techniques to stop the symptoms that are under your control.
