Be careful, be wise: This is a bodybuilder's choice, though perhaps illegal. Don't overeat (you may want to); get plenty of protein. Most important -- monitor your moods very carefully, and if you find yourself having strange (though perhaps pleasant) thoughts, or getting a nasty temper, consider reducing or stopping before you do something you'll regret. Set as high a behavioral standard as a physical standard.
