Possible: Oral, im & IV corticosteroids (prednisone, methylprednisolone, etc.) are commonly associated with gastrointestinal side effects, including abdominal pain. Gastritis/esophagitis, gastric erosion, peptic ulcer disease are rare with short term use and may manifest as bloating & stomach pain associated with eating/drinking. Avoid with nsaids. Report symptoms to your doctor.
