Will not help: Morning after or plan b pill , averts ovulation (stops ) and prevent pregnancy , once fertilizes will not cause abortion , it is most effective immediately . Once pregnant need ru 486 (mifepristone ) the abortion pill blocks Progesterone , & terminates early pregnancy, if you are please see your doctor for a meaningful decision , you will need help from your family also
