Go see your doctor: You didn't mention any drugs or medical problems so i'm hoping you're otherwise healthy. Tingly hands & feet suggest some sort of peripheral neuropathy, perhaps from poorly controlled diabetes or lack of b12. Hands are less likely to swell than feet so you definitely need to get evaluated in person. As for nausea, there are many causes. Bottom line, go see your doctor for complete evaluation.
