Examination : First schedule a visit for testing, an examination. The doctor will make sure there are no infections including herpes. Try using a vaginal lubricant during intercourse like KY jelly. Sex is a traumatic act and can sometimes cause these sensations if lubrication is poor. This is very common in inexperienced teenagers. Another option is to ask for testing for interstitial cystitis.

Vaginitis/cystitis: It could be that you have a vaginal infection (either yeast or bacterial) and it's localized to the area around your urethra or that when your acidic urine touches the tissue at urethra, it burns. You could also have interstitial cystitis (ic). There are foods and drinks women with ic should avoid, high on the list is soda/carbonated beverages. Consider seeing md to get checked for these.
