If i take 10-20mg of propranolol 1-2x/week for the first month or two of pregnancy, would there be any danger to the baby and is so, what? thank you!

Go see your doctor: Talk to your obstetrician or family physician who's providing your prenatal care. Tell her/him about your propanolol and why you need it.
