Restless legs: Excercize can help. Proper sleep hygiene also is needed. Have your doctor check your iron level as this can be low in rls.

May be tough: First, though, has thorough testing been completed, such as ferritin (iron metabolism), evaluation of anemia, kidney problems, peripheral nerve issues, all of which may be associated? Depending on severity, you may wish to start a Dopamine agonist, both available in pill form or patch form. Stretching your legs prior to bed may help. Sometimes sleep studies can assist.
