A member asked:

What is the best position to sleep, with cervical dystonia ? back?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Dystonia: The best way to sleep is in neutral position like a corpse on your back completely aligned. Make sure your shoulders and head are both on the pillow so that the natural curvature of your neck is still there throughout the night. Muscle strengthening exercises for your neck will help. Try yoga very good for the neck and back problems. Avoid caffeine and drink plenty of water so your body can rest.
