Maybe normal: What you are feeling could be a normal response to the effect of deep breathing on the circulation. When you take a deep breath you increase the amount of blood returning to the heart, after your exhale the heart will contract more vigorously due to the extra blood volume for one or two cycles, you may experience this as a jump or flutter assuming what your feeling is brief and lasts for 2-3 sec.
