Moles on penis: Sounds strange. Moles don't just come up on the body generally as an adult and are rare on the penis. They could be warts or molluscum contagiosum, or other lesion. It is also strange to touch them and have pain in some other area of the body. What different area? You should see your family doctor or a dermatologist to have these lesions evaluated., .
