Eye Wash: Yes. Of course. The other option is saline, which is more natural and close to the fluid coating the eyes naturally.

NO!!: Don't put anything water in your eye that isn't meant to be used as such. You can go to any pharmacy and buy some over the counter artificial tears if you need to.
