Proctalgia possible: The general nature of your pain suggests some proctalgia (rectal pain), and in your age, it is likely benign. It may be related to your ovaries with ovarian cysts or even endometriosis. Levator spasm is a more basic muscular issue and any issue that you may have with constipation leading to straining may need to be managed first.
