Need better meds: Panadeine is aracetamol (acetaminophen) + codeine, not the mainstay treatment for migraines & may in fact make your headaches worse. Fluimucil is n-acecylcysteine, a supplement suggested as beneficial in migraine headache treatment due to its action on smooth muscle cells lining the inner surface of blood vessels. Evidence is lacking for this claim & this can also worsen headaches.
