my son is 3 almost 4 he has about 4-5 accidents (wetting him self) a day. what could cause this its been going on for months?

Could be normal: Especially because he is still 3 years old. However, you have to make sure there is no an underlying medical condition (i.E bladder/kidney issue) that can be easily identified and treated and could fix the issue, so he hasn't seen his pediatrician for this, it is time for a check up.
