Special X ray: Your must have a complaint of constipation and your doctors are trying to determine exactly what the problem is. Defecography is a bit uncomfortable but it is a good test. It is like a barium enema but the doctor will have you bear down like having a bowel movement on a special toilet and essentially this will be filmed in x-ray fashion. Review of this should help tell where the problem is.
