Baby bigger: The measurements show you are growing a larger than average size baby at this time. The afi which is a measurement of the fluid around the baby is a little low. Normal is between 10 and 20. Sometimes it can be low if mom is dehydrated or on her feet too much. Often we recommend drinking more water and resting more, then repeat the ultrasound. Check with your doctor and see what is recommended.
