Stretch marks: Stretch marks due to skin stretch and tearing in your case i would suspect sudden increase of body weight.

Bumps on nipples: Bumps on nipples may be Montgomery Glands. Stretch marks may develop as breast size increases. If you ever have a mass - get it medically checked.
