Lactose: You should drink none of the above if you are trying to lose weight. Remember we now know that obesity is more about the sugars we eat than the fats. Milk is full of sugar...Lots of sugar. It is not a good part of any diet when weight loss is the goal.

Non-Fat milk: You should drink non-fat milk as it eliminates saturated fat which can increase weight and particularly fat. Best wishes.
