Scientific Rx: Whoever is treating your with Prednisolone can either treat you or refer you. If topical benzoyl peroxide and the topical retinoic acid derivative you report taking have failed, topical Clindamycin is the best next step. If a low dose of a tetracycline systemically is offered, don't hesitate.
