Topical Collagen?: Collagen is added to moisturizers, but the amount is variable and the effectiveness is debatable at best. The best tips to minimize wrinkles are no smoking, less sun exposure, use sun screen and a good moisturizer daily. Having good skin genes is also very helpful. For established wrinkles, fillers, Botox and plastic surgery can help.

Not really: The facial rejuvenation industry is all about promoting collagen production in our bodies with creams & potions, injections and laser/light therapy. They vary in efficacy and cost. Wrinkles are formed by skin damage due to sun, weather & aging but wrinkles are also formed by activity of the underlying muscles. Therefore you cannot truly avoid wrinkle formation with just collagen.
