What can cause vaginal itching clear discharge and abdominal pain?

Itching: Many things cause vaginal itching, most common an yeast infection. But what disturbs me is the abdominal pain. If not pregnant, then ok, but if possible you can have ectopic pregnant if sexually active, or if lower right quadrant pain appendicitis. Also you need to rule out any type pid ( pelvic inflammatory disease.
