YOU need to have: A consult with your pulmonary doctor or whomever takes care of your COPD so they can tell you how risky it would be and a consult with your ob.

Don't Abort: You don't have to abort your pregnancy due to copd. It will be critical step for you to stop smoking. You should have pulmonary function test to assess your lung function after which your physician can prescribe appropriate inhalers to help you go through pregnancy.
