Mucusy diarrhea: Your child may have a food intolerence which could be due to dairy products, or other foods. Seek help from a gastroenterologist.

Acute vs chronic: If this is an acute issue and your baby is getting worse and is looking sick, take her either to er or seek next day office appointment. If this has been going on for a while and she is no acute distress, call in tomorrow and try to get her in. Unfortunately, based on the paucity of provided info, it's impossible to pinpoint a correct diagnosis.
