You'll know: You'll feel terrible, you'll be sick to your stomach and you will notice the whites of your eyes being unmistakably yellow when viewed in the sunlight. You may have discomfort in the right upper quadrant. None of these are specific. Early liver disease is often discovered on labs. If someone has warned you but scientific labs are normal & you feel okay, seek another opinion.
