Can aspirin help prevent esophageal cancer in barret's tissue?

Possibly: The results are not conclusive, but there may be prevention of dysplasia with Aspirin in patients that have barrett's esophagus. If there is no contraindication to taking aspirin, i would recommend taking a baby Aspirin every day or on alternate days.
