It's possible: Depends on where the watery discharge and granulation tissue is located; a post site or somewhere else. The silver nitrate sticks are used for small wounds and occasionally for a small sinus. Okay to take a friend with you to help ask questions. Okay to check in with your primary, or consider a second opinion.
