Amenorrhea: A lack of menses could be from numerous factors that involve your weight, age, nutrition, weight change, medications, but most importantly pregnancy. If you are not experiencing any pain, the first step would be to take a pregnancy test. Depending of the results, you would then follow up with you family doc or ob/gyn.
