A member asked:

Does resveratrol really work? i mean does it really slow aging and if so, by how much and how do you know this for sure?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It is debatable: There is some experimental evidence that it is useful but in humans there is no definite data to support that claim yet. But fruits are good for healthy aging and are encouraged. How much do they prolong life...Not certain but could add 4-5 years if you eat healthy(lots of fruits and vegetables with each meal) and avoid animal fats.
