You cant: Dark circles are due to the thinness of the lid skin- the darker tissue is showing through. Retin-a cream increases collagen and may decrease it by thickening the skin a little-it also reduces wrinkles, but can be very irritating- consult a dermatologist. Or apply makeup. There is no "natural" remedy.
