Adjunct only: I'm really sorry that your acne isn't being managed scientifically. The best over-the-counter remedy is benzoyl peroxide. If this fails, you need to be under a physician's care. If someone is telling you that acne is your fault or that "natural remedies are the best", you have my sympathy. Phone your physician and make an appointment on your own.
